「Vey good place to stay. Feel like the transport services they have are way overpriced. And the food could have been better. I get that it’s included but often food tasted like it was going to go bad soon and most meats were undercooked. 」

Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....
