「My only slightly negative is that the rooms are a bit on the older side but otherwise EVERYTHING was great. The rooms are spacious and clean. It was great having a kitchen. The grounds are well maintained and the staff was excellent. I will definitely be back.」

「I stayed at Barceló Bávaro Palace for 5 nights, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. One of the biggest issues was the water in the room. Every time we turned on the water in bath there was a terrible odor coming from it. The smell was extremely unpleasant, almost like something dead, and it made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The food was also very disappointing. Most meals were cold, repetitive, and lacked quality. Another major issue was the Wi-Fi....

「The pool is excellent, and the cleanliness is excellent. Regarding the restaurants, I didn't get a chance to go in because when I tried to enter one, it was already closed. I think it's a bad idea to close the restaurants at 10 pm, since many people like to eat late and there were nowhere to eat because everything was closed. Some of the golf cart drivers who transport guests would see you walking and wouldn't stop to give you a ride.」

「Great resort, beautiful landscapes, excellent service including the check-in, restaurants, plenty of very good and healthy food options, attentive/helpful staff, the room was beautiful, clean and roomy. The beach is a few minutes away, the resort provides transportation, excellent restaurant and staff there, too. Definitely recomend it.」

「The Pool party was the best but the swim up bar had a weird nasty smell. One day we didn’t our hotel cleaned or new blankets the whole stay.」
