"Great location "

"I was taken aback by a staff member, who was unusually unfriendly, though I would not say she was rude. Perhaps I got spoiled by staff members at other Japanese hotels, who were extremely cuorteous and friendly. My room was quite cold. A better heating system would be helpful. Also, the betteries were dead in the TV remote control. I understand these things happen, but checking it from time to time would be helpful. "

"This hotel is in such a convenient location and very close <5min to shibuya station. The staff are very nice and always helpful. The hotel also has breakfast and the food was very good. Rooms are compact - but that’s expected for Tokyo I think. We were a family of four, but needed to get 2 rooms. Rooms were very tidy, available water machines on every floor and coin laundry!"

"The location is great. The rooms however have little to no space. It is smaller than APA hotel. The amenities were very scarce. The staff are great. Location is great. The rooms though are too small, shower is not the greatest, the bed and windows are not that great. "

"As soon as you step out of the hotel you are in the middle of it all - shops, people, metro! A good base to stay, but be sure to check out other areas easily accessible by the metro as these give different vibes (good ones). Hotel is clean. Rooms are if a good size."
