「This place was great. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 big living room and plenty of space to hang out. It was more than we thought we would get in Manhattan at this price.The only thing to be ready for is you are on 4 stories up with no elevator. We made it work.It's right above a pub but you didn't hear it in the room. We would stay here again.」

「My mom and I loved our stay here! The apartment was well equipped for our 5 night stay and the convenience of walking to the beach everyday was great. I’m especially glad that they allowed pets so I could bring my cat instead of figuring out other arrangements for her while I was away. The neighborhood was nice - clean and quiet - with lots of great places to eat nearby, some walkable and some a quick drive. It was a great little vacation and we’d both come back to this rental in the future!」

「First off, wow what a view! Coming home to this view alone made our trip extra special. Our family had a great stay here. Huge space for our two children plus mother in law and the bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment gave added privacy. The decor was absolutely beautiful. Like a five star resort. 「This was a great place to stay. True 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room table for family meals. AC units in 2 bedrooms and in dining/living room. Pizzeria, deli, cafe, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. Great location and always easy to catch a taxi just outside. I would highly recommend renting this apartment. 」

「Stayed for 2 nights with the family to see the statue of liberty and NYC. 10 minute drive to statue of liberty ferry and apox 20 minute drive to Paulus Hook ferry to NYC. 「The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early.
