Chinatown

The apartment was as described, a couple of steep stairways to get to it but it was clean, cozy, everything we needed during our visit! Communication was great, did not have to wonder or question the process. WiFi and appliances worked well including window ACs. As it’s in the heart of busy and bustling Chinatown it has potential to be noisy for sleeping but the AC worked perfectly as white noise. Definitely recommend!

wonderful place in a beautiful part of town

the check in process was sent to us by the manager, who very accurately described how to enter the property. it was effortless with the instructions that he sent us. the place, itself, was clean and pretty and there's a great view from the front bedroom. the entire stay was exceptionally charming. chinatown is so interesting and fun, it's busy and exciting in the morning, and quiet and peaceful at night. there are subways close by, and the location is very convenient. wifi was easy to connect. i met the property manager and he was very kind and helpful. i would absolutely stay here again.

Avoid both app management and this guy

Shower curtain has a load of mold Toilet seat I cleaned myself but made me so uncomfortable to use The beds, OMG, bed bug on one, hair on both, dirty! Blood stain, disgusting!! I itched all night, and I complained only for the host to make a deal that if I’ll leave immediately he will fully refund, I’ll attach the conversation,Did not refund me, managent of vrbo, did nothing, I will never book through them, you shouldn’t either He kept repeating that his posting does not come with high hotel standards, well it’s as expensive and in my case when I booked it was more expensive but I still took it due to the good reviews!!!

Chinatown Stay in Manhattan

The flat itself was decent with two bedrooms. The bathroom was very small. The kitchen was nice but I would not cook or eat there because I saw three roaches during my stay. To access the unit, you need to walk up two flights of stairs with your suitcases. There was garbage in the hallway so it smelled for the first two days. The hallway was very dirty and so was the stairway. I couldn’t get the heat to work during my stay using the window air conditioners. I would not stay here again.

Mitten in Chinatown

We had a marvellous stay in Chinatown. Although the main sleeping room is to the street, we had no problems with sleeping. At ten o'clock the restaurants and shops were closed, so it is quiet.The kitchen had everything we needed, even grounded coffee was in stock.The shower is extraordinary with a high pressure rain shower head.

I really loved the area this apartment is in. Right in the heart of china town. Shops and restaurants all around. The apartment is a nice size for New York prices. We could see right into the street from the main bedroom. However, the trash trucks were a little loud at night in that bedroom. The second bedroom faces an alley and is completely quiet and peaceful at all times. There is only a radiator to heat the apartment, which is controlled by the building manager. The owner was nice enough to bring us a heater on Christmas Day because it was very cold. There is no tv in the apartment so you’ll have to play with your phone or talk to the people you’re with lol.

El apartamento es como se detalla en el anuncio. Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estacion de metro de Canal Street. Andando se llega en pocos minutos a little itally y Soho. Repetiria si vuelvo a Nueva York
