「Would recommend to anyone traveling to the DC area」

「I highly recommend avoiding this property. I stayed for a week with my mother and daughter, and it was a terrible experience. We faced constant plumbing and electrical issues: the kitchen power went out twice, the shower was scalding hot because the cold water didn't work, and the toilet wouldn't flush. The host's plumber came out twice but failed to fix anything, and I even had to provide video proof because the host seemed skeptical. On top of that, the host regularly failed to clean up after...

「Great place! 20 minutes from the National Mall and museums. Loved the fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play. Also close to other neighborhoods for relaxing after walking all day! 10/10 recommend! 」

「The apartment was great for the price.」

「The property was small, but adequate for what we needed for our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal. Pretty much anything you needed was within walking distance. Communication for getting access was fantastic. Overall, it was a lovely property and worked for us for this trip.」

「Property was very clean and decorated nicely. Hosts were the most communicative hosts I’ve experienced. Absolutely would recommend this property! 」

「We really appreciated having such a nice VRBO to help celebrate America 250. When will left DC we went to Shenandoah National Park and stayed in a rustic cabin with no amenities and OMG we missed our VRBO so much.」

「Everything was exactly as described. Host was very responsive to my questions and checked in several times during our stay.」
