「Clean room」

「Very disappointed in the condition of the unit. Needs a total reno including the ceiling tiles. Will not stay at this resort again 」

「The property is very dated with very old decor. It was extremely dirty and unkept. We had a power issue, a TV issue and a broken room fan with an extra noisy AC unit. Most of the “resort amenities” were located on another property, requiring transportation. Very disappointed with the overall experience. Will not be returning.」

「Stay was meh. Bathroom sink was completely clogged and unusable. Had to use the kitchen sink for everything. There was hair (yes that hair) in the bathroom, the towel bar and toilet paper holder fell off the wall every time you touched it. Potato chips and used q tips on the floor. No way to wash the dishes and dish soap was green water. Had to brush teeth over a sink of dirty dishes every day. Bedroom door was broken so if you let it close all the way it was difficult to get back open. ...

Despite being on the first floor, we had essentially the same level of privacy that you would expect from a higher floor and had a charming view of many trees and a creek that passed in front of our room. 「The building consisted of privately owned condos, so I’m not sure how much authority the staff would’ve had about a noise complaint. So I didn’t bother. There is a $44.80 per day resort fee and $22.40 per day parking fee.」
