「Perfect location, walk out to the beach. Building was noisy on the weekend when other units were rented. Some of the furniture (outside) and utensils was needing repair/replacement. Amenities says kayak/canoe - reached out to owner to determine if this was the rental across the street but they never replied. Lots (too many) automated emails upon booking, but owner did not respond to my emails.」

「When we arrived, Chris met us at the door. Shortly after we met Matt. I cannot say enough about these two guys. Outstanding personalities. They made us feel like we owned the cottage. We were right at home including the back oasis with the saltwater pool and the Lanai. Water was pretty chilly, but it did not stop me from getting in. The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...
