"The resort is nice and the food is delicious, but a few aspects fell short. The morning after check-in, we received a 9:45am call from the sales team about a voucher, which disrupted our rest, unsolicited sales pitches aren’t ideal on vacation. At Seaside Grill, we ordered lightly, but staff repeatedly pointed out certain items were sides, which felt unnecessary and a bit impatient, YES we know it’s all-inclusive, but I simply don’t like to waste food. At checkout, it took about 20 minutes to retrieve our one bag, nearly making us late returning our rental. We also didn’t receive a welcome drink at check-in, only realizing later when we saw other guests being offered one. Overall, the room was comfortable and most of the beach and restaurant staff were friendly and enthusiastic. However given these issues and the many nearby options, we’re not sure we would return."

"Luis, Nico and the team at Villa Picon are exceptional and made our stay perfect. Incredible communication and willingness to work around our timing…and on top of that, the property is stunning. We could not have asked for a more beautiful stay. The plants inside the views, the cleanliness…sitting in the hot tub with the full moon reflecting on the ocean as we heard waves crashing…couldn’t have been better. My only regret is that we didn’t take advantage of the meals on site. We will be back to experience this beautiful place again. Thank you, again, Luis and team!"

"Making a dinner reservation was impossible, the app didn’t work so you had to find a person and ask for a table. There were only 3 bars so lines were long for pool drinks. We would rather have spent more money for a better experience. After dinner you can hang in the lobby but nothing much going on besides a show at 9:30am."

Extremely beautiful, clean and well taken care of property. After traveling around the Caribbean for 20 plus years this place impressed me the most. "
