「It’s ultra clean, comfortable, quiet and is a great atmosphere the staff is definitely great, Alicia has ran that place for several years through different owners in a manner that is the pinnacle of standards! It is a true gem and one of the last resorts that still prioritizes customer service and cleanliness. I’ve state at places that cost 10x what it cost here and it doesn’t even come close.」

「Great place--room was great. The only comment was that they charge for parking. In fact they charge more than the Bellagio in Las Vegas to self park you car!!!!!!!!」

「部屋の窓からは海が見え、部屋を出ればすぐ浜辺があります。部屋は少々狭く、設備は古い感じがありますが、家具はとてもオシャレでかわいいお部屋でした。テニスやゴルフも楽しむことができ、ゆっくり休暇を過ごすにはぴったりです。ラホーヤコブまでは車で数分で行くことができました。」

「このホテルは電話が通じず緊急連絡方法がない。全てショートメールを送るシステムで、そのショートメールも通信状況が悪くてなかなか送れない。ルームサービスを頼むこともできず、翌日は清掃がされていなかったがショートメールでタオルをもらうことくらいしか対応してもらえない。ベイビューの部屋は２Fだがエレベータ無し、ベルもいないので重い荷物を自分で運ぶ。快適とは言い難い。」
