「Extremely private and centrally located to many amazing restaurants. Host was easily accessible and very personable.」

「The place is so comfortable and clean! It had everything we needed plus some! Minor hiccups were the passcode not being changed from previous visitor and some outdoor furniture being moved around (we didn’t see the info book which states that someone may be around to irrigate!). We didn’t bring our dogs but might next time as this place is perfect! We were very stressed about where our kiddo was going to sleep as we forgot to bring a pack and play, but they had one there!!! Really great spot 」

「This was a cute little house with a very nice backyard! The dogs had a great time running around on the grass and the tall brick walls made me feel really safe letting them out there. The house itself was very clean and had everything in it you could possibly need. the only downside i encountered was the bottom bed on the bunk bed, you can feel every spring unfortunately. other than that, we enjoyed our stay!」

「Nice little escape oasis close to everything」

「No AC 89 DEGREES they refused to turn it down or accommodations no help」

「We had a wonderful 4 night stay! The casita is well stocked, even had water and snacks which was must appreciated :) The host communicated quickly and was helpful with additional questions we had about the area. Close to downtown! We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thanks for a great stay!」

「Lovely, quaint villa. Met all of our needs. Nice amenities. Host very accommodating. I would stay there again.」

「Smaller than expected. Close to the convention center and several other places. Sleeps 2-3 comfortably unless you are ok with futon or pull out sleeping. Had an issue with the toilet for two days, so went two half days without a flushing toilet. Pool is nice and house is somewhat stocked.」

「We had a wonderful stay! Mel was an excellent host… responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for our stay. The location was perfect for us and very close to where we needed to be. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby that would be within walking distance if it weren’t for the Phoenix heat! Overall, it was the perfect place for our family, and we would absolutely stay here...
