「Everything was perfect」

「The property is located very close to the Performing Arts Center. I would not recommend walking to a performance, but it is less than a mile from the venue entrance. The hostess is lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! We had a comfortable stay.」

「Amazing property, very nice and super clean.」

「Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!」

「The beauty and unique history of the property」

「enjoyed our stay. breakfast was nice.」

「Very nice and cozy place to stay」

「The property was not actually located at the address shown on my reservation. When we arrived, we found out that the accommodation was at a different address, which was already very concerning. Once we entered the property, there were several serious health and safety issues. The room had a very strong moldy smell, and one of the light fixtures was falling down, which we felt was dangerous. The bathroom was located on the first floor, and the bathroom window was open and could not be closed....
