This stylish house is in great condition and offers plenty of amenities for a family or small group. The side yard w/picnic table and grill sits in a private setting on East Street. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a newly remodeled kitchen, separate dining room, cozy living room w/50" Flat Screen TV and a full bathroom off the living room. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the others each have a full bed. There is a full bathroom on the second floor as well. Washer/dryer in the basement. 30"-42" flat screen TV's in all bed rooms. The house is equipped with the highest speed internet offered (400 mbps) and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820
Main Street is a short walk away with an abundance of restaurants and nightlife, gives THE HILL an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".
THE HILL is centrally located between both baseball camps.
