「Perfect place to unwind from our busy schedules and reconnect as a family. There are multiple spots inside/outside of the property to hang out together, whether we are playing card games, or enjoying a meal. Beautiful view of the night sky and surrounding areas of nature. 「Great location on Keuka lake, needs more TLC for the price point. Owners are renting out while the house is listed for sale. Some rooms have new paint and well decorated, but the others are not photographed. There is no gym, this must be a listing error. overall the house needs a good cleaning and refresh, as there were spiders and webs in every room and covering the porch. Recommend for those who do not plan to do a lot of cooking as we found dishwasher broken, kitchen sink low water pressure;...

「Perfect escape on the lake! Location was perfect, views amazing, home spotless, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. Check in smooth, as was all communication with our host. Beautiful dock, beach area with plenty of seating, kayaks and floats. We would definitely visit again and would recommend this beautiful lakefront home. Wonderful home and location for a family vacation.」

The owner was very accommodating as we wanted to make corn on the cob one night and he had a brand new large pot brought to us. It was a great central location as we took day trips to Hammondsport, Penn Yan, Watkins Glen and Geneva. One family took a day trip to Ithaca.」

「We had a great time staying at the property. We got to fish, see horses, and enjoy the outdoors. The kids loved it. Plenty of room in the house. Our favorite part was the very friendly barn cat Jackie! 」

「Stayed here with a group of friends for July 4th weekend. Micheal was such a great host and the house was beautiful and the property and home are so well kept. Photos don’t do it justice. The check in was easy and the housekeeper Sandi was so accommodating and very helpful with clean up and anything we needed during our stay. Thank you for a great weekend. 」

「Beautiful rural location, a short drive to many attractions in the Berkshires and in Columbia County. Cozy space with a small couch, a dinette, a small but functional kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one up a steep flight of stairs), and a nice deck with views of woods and fields.」

「We were a group of seven adult friends and also had another seven guests visit for a sort of reunion event. This house is an open concept with plenty of space to enjoy inside. The best part about this house was the side and back yards as well as a porch deck with a picnic table and a roof. Given the space and dates we stayed, we would highly recommend this place to all kinds of of people/groups to rent. I should also add that this house is a great value and for sure we will very likely return...

"NYのペン駅近郊にしては比較的安価でした。良かった点、①立地:ペン駅まで徒歩6分ほど。いろいろなところに行くのに便利かつ観光客が多いエリアなので夜でも外を歩いてもあまり不安がない(ホームレスはいますが)、②ホテルの綺麗さ清潔さ:よく清掃された部屋で、毎日の清掃も良い。シャワールームも含めて綺麗。部屋が狭いという口コミが多く、それは事実だが、コスパを考えればやむを得ない、③屋上にルーフトップバーがあり、バーも素敵だし景色も素敵(エンパイアviewなどの高層階を選べば部屋からの景色も良い) 楽しみにしていたチェックインのクッキーが貰えなかった点は残念です。"

"立地はとても良かったです。駅も近く、どこへ行くにも便利でした。建物は古いですが、特に気にならず快適に過ごせました。難点はエレベーターがピーク時になかなか来ないこと。それと、部屋の掃除を頼まなかったのでタオルの補充をお願いしましたが、なかなか届けてもらえず、３回目の催促でようやく届けてもらえました。"
