"Paid for ocean view but was the furthest room away. Said you can “see the ocean” but when I booked all ocean views were from the balcony. Our balcony faced the neighborhood. Shower broke and the AC didn’t work. Check in staff was not necessarily rude… but definitely short and not at all friendly. Horrible hotel"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Normandy Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location cannot be beat. Unfortunately the parking lot was always full, so we had to street park the entire time. Not a big deal but just be prepared to do that. The walls are quite thin so be prepared to be woken up early in the morning by staff cleaning, gardening & guests leaving. The bed linens were very thin and we were pretty cold at night. We asked for an extra blanket which was also very thin. Overall, a good stay."

"Charming and modernized this was a very comfortable stay in the perfect location. The host was very easy to communicate with and helpful. There were so many thoughtful touches in the home to make the guest comfortable including a coffee corner that is a dream for any coffee lover! I would highly recommend!"
