Excellent property, well maintained and professional staff. Room was amazing, very clean and current with top shelf amenities. Parking can be a bit dicey due to the proximity to the beach and the property is in a residential area. Resort does their best, but it caused it to wonder if we wanted to head into town with our rental and loose our spot. The property offers a shuttle via a very nice VW van which we opted to use, problem solved. Greatly enjoyed our stay!

Clean room and helpful staff. Bar was a great experience. I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the ocean and away from tourist areas. I booked a last minute spa appointment which was very relaxing and the staff there made the experience a great one.

First of all the beds were amazing! My only disappointment was the location of our room, maybe I missed it but the pictures showed an amazing view of the ocean and we were in a back corner. Parking is tough is you leave for the evening and come back, even the handicap was taken by a non-handicap vehicle. The proximity to the water and the shoreline trail were fabulous, of course we had amazing weather to go with it. Proximity to town is a bit of a hike, would definitely recommend an Uber in lieu of trying to drive and park or if your up for it a bit of a walk (not at night, no lights or sidewalks). Would absolutely recommend with the caveat you had a room with a view.

The Carmel Beach Hotel was a 10/10 for us!! The property was beautiful, the service was amazing, and the location was perfect for our trip. We did a lot of looking online before we booked here and so glad we did. My wife said it was one of her best hotel experiences to date, trust me she is a tough critic! Would definitely book again

The hotel and staff were perfect. the location is nestled in a neighborhood and 1 minute walking to the beach. We opened our windows at night to hear the waves. Parking is limited. But parking is limited everywhere in Carmel.

Beautiful, clean room! They left fresh cookies everyday on our nightstand after cleaning our room. Free bikes to ride around. It is a bit of a walk to town, but super close to the beach - only a 5 minute walk. However, our one complaint was not enough parking for guests at hotel and the water pressure out of shower and sink was terrible! The bathroom was gorgeous though.

The rooms were gorgeous and clean. They have a shuttle that will take you to downtown Carmel and the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the beach. Staff were friendly and readily available. We didn’t use much of the other amenities but they offer breakfast that they can bring to your room. They brought us cookies every evening and stripped the bed. The rooms had a coffee maker and an electric kettle. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. They have onsite parking but there weren’t too many spots that we saw. We never really had an issue finding parking but the lots were small.
