「This hotel is gorgeous! We needed to stay close to the airport after our original flight was canceled. The rooms were huge, really clean and just beautifully designed. The food and cocktails were the BEST we had our entire trip and the staff was just incredible. We had been in the Dominican for nearly a week at a different property that was supposed to be a 5 star resort but it had not been a great experience so this was such a refreshing change. 「The room and the grounds were absolutely beautiful, but the property manager Jonel really made this experience perfect. He was professional, engaging, fun, and helped me with anything I needed. 「I’m currently on my flight back home from my trip and honestly was very sad to leave today. I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Cap Cana- stayed from 1/19-1/23/26. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff is truly wonderful - they are truly courteous and attentive. I know some reviews mentioned the lack of hot water in the shower but that issue seems to be fixed - there was plenty of hot water and the water pressure is great.
