Everything ok specially with mister Salvador his very helpful with us and very friendly I really appreciate their support he helped us at the last minute at the morning to buy my tickets for Xcaret park I really grateful with him and really recommend to him to buy tickets for parks 😍The worst was the room cleaning was so awful 😞

There is no beach view, but a nice view of the coast and a lighthouse is next door. The hotel is "rustic", which makes it interesting, but old and not that well maintained. We decided to changes hotels half way through and could not get any refund, but left anyway. By the way, no one speaks English.

Propreté de l'établissement laissait à désirer; les draps étaient jaunes, comme si n’étaient pas bien lavés, une serviette avait des taches brunes, tous les rideaux étaient pas propres, et les rideaux de douche avaient trop d’oxidation et étaient très sales. Le frigo est bouillant, le poile est au gaz et ne marchait pas bien, et il était trop vieux; on à constaté qu’il avait une fuite car la première fois que je l’ai utilisé c’était pour le souper, il a fait une petite explosion et tout est fermer… j’ai eu peur! 😰 J’ai été à la réception pour faire part, et on m’a dit qu’on allait la vérifier le lendemain, mais mon souper n’était pas encore cuit… par chance qu’une personne qui travaillait là m’a prêté un petit rond électrique pour finir mon souper. Histoire courte, après une réparation il a fait une autre explosion et j’ai eu une remplacement 3 jours plus tard!! Nous étions pas contents car ça aurait pu virer dans une tragédie. De plus, l’air climatisé coulait trop d’eau et le plancher du côté de mon lit était toujours plein d’eau et le climatiseur de la chambre de mes enfants faisait trop de bruit, comme un auto allumé qui les empêchait de dormir. La place pourrait être merveilleuse car l’emplacement est bien, le personnel est agréable mais ils ne pouvaient pas faire plus pour nous. C’est dommage car ài les propriétaires prenaient soin des lieux, ce serait un magnifique endroit.

Mala experiencia, contraté una habitación de lujo que traía refrigerador, me entregaron una que no tenía y se nos echó a perder toda la comida, el personal nunca nos ayudó, la habitación sucia sin papel en los sanitarios ni toallas, el agua del lavabo y regadera sale salada, habían cucarachas y zorros.

Habia reservado una habitación con cocina pero cuando llegue, era solo un dormitorio. No dije nada porque pense que al dia siguiente nos iban a dar desayuno. Pero estaba en reformas la cocina como decia tooodos los comentarios que lei. De todos modos mi reserva no incluia desayuno pero si una cocina. Al dia siguiente reclame y tenia que esperar a que se desocupara una habitación con cocina. Fui a mi excursión y cuando volvi me habian cambiado de habitacion pero habia que solicitar previamente toooodos los utensilios de cocina y ya era de noche. Solo me quedo a esperar a irme luego de pasar dos noches en ese lugar. Tenia ambiente de hostel desprolijo. Los ventiladores se prendian solo ai prendias las luces por lo que de noche no se podian usar. Tiene linda vista desde la pileta pero no tiene playa. Sirve solo para pasar una noche si a la mañana siguiente tenes que tomar temprano el ferry o lo mismo, si llegas de noche del ferry y hasta ahi nomas porque el agua caliente, si es que llega a salir, dura solo dos segundos. No volveria a este lugar.

We had a great stay at Casa Caribe. Juarez Port is within walking distance and various places to eat as well. The room was cozy and the ac worked great. Place was not crowded. If you are looking for a place to just relax away from hotel zone this is the spot. Will stay again.

We came for our last couple of nights after staying on Isla Mujeres, so the location is perfect, right next to the ferry at Puerto Juarez. The place, especially the courtyard, is absolutely beautiful and well-kept, except the pool was very dirty so we didn't use it. Amazing view from our room. The "superior apartment" was listed to have a full kitchen, which it did, but there was not a single cooking pan or utensil available, even when we asked. We had food to cook, so we had to get extremely creative with aluminum foil and the gas cooktop. The bed was really firm and uncomfortable for me, but that wasn't a huge issue. Overall we enjoyed it and knew we wouldn't be getting a luxury hotel for the price we paid, but I would definitely be giving it a higher rating if cooking utensils had been available as stated in their literature.

Room was very dirty and only cleaned by request, half of the lights did not work- had to shower in the dark. Requested ocean view but received 7-11 view. Most importantly, room door did not lock! There is a pool that isn’t very big but it wasn’t terrible. Location is also very tucked away from everything except for the ferry to Isla Mujeres. I will say that the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food around the area is good, but do not recommend if you are a solo female traveller.

there was no hand towels, no wash cloth, no cookware in the kitchen, only 1 glass , the fridge leaks water, the balconie door is very hard to open. the room and whole exterior needs a paintjob. the staff was nice but lady had no english skills. they did let me check in early though, that was helpful

I’m shocked how this place was rated so well on Expedia. Makes me not trust their ratings anymore. The room smelt incredibly musty when we entered. The fridge was so old and rusted. It appeared to be clean. Looked like it was once a resort that hasn’t been updated in 50 years. No soap in the bathroom or any towels. Only stayed there because of the proximity to the ferry but I won’t do that again.

Staff were super friendly and the little apartment had everything we needed! Location is perfect and is right next door to the ferry port, where you can take a short boat ride over to Isla Mujeres! I love that this place is family run and I much prefer this over an all inclusive! The views are beautiful, and being able to watch the sunrise each morning on the beachfront is an added bonus. My only downside is that we paid for what we thought was breakfast included and it was only coffee. This is the only downside, otherwise, would give 5 stars :)

Amazing room, AC included, your own wifi, ocean view and a small seating area on the ocean. Quiet zone and lots of little local food spots and a 7/11 in the corner for your convenience.
