Amazing and attentive staff, beautiful views from the awesome pool, food everywhere was delicious (especially the Geneva Chophouse), rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel special. Kaitlin at the reception desk checked us in and she was so friendly and helpful. Greg at the pool bar was also wonderful. Brian was our waiter at the Chophouse and he was very personable and answered all of our questions. The piano...
「A well appointed location next to the heart of Lake Geneva township. Great view of the lake, steps from restaurants, lake, shops & events. The hotel has large old style 80’s rooms, a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, king bed …. Great space just not modern …. Still stuck in an era. It definatly served our needs and would consider staying g again」
