「It was crazy expensive for a very tiny, narrow room. The terrible concierge introduced the worst and most notorious foreign currency exchange. Conversely, Four Seasons did not charge a commission fee for their currency exchange and strongly advised tourists to refrain from using foreign currency exchanges in the city.」

「Nice hotel but Need to improve service. House keeping and customer service level is not up to the luxury standard. Good luck」

「Fantastic! Fantastic! Helpful, friendly, elegant, fruitful, sincere, practical, and warm hospitality. It's the world’s finest hotel, and it's much different from the Bulgari Hotel Milano. It’s like comparing heaven and hell.」
