「Very clean place, and we love that it was so close to the beach. We would like to comment on how thin the walls / floors are, and we could hear the upstairs neighbors all night. Also, we like to cook on our vacations, but many of the pans in the kitchen were too scratched to cook with. 」

We had to book this place literally last minute because the host at our first place didn't send check-in instructions and we couldn't get in touch with them. But Daniel answered on the first ring and we were so grateful to find a place to stay in San Diego for our daughter's graduation.」

「Apartment is spacious and clean, very close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, parking for one car. Kitchen has enough utensils for food preparation. There’s A/C in the living room and ceiling fans in the rooms. Bath sink is small for 4 guests. Braydon was great and was in constant communication to make sure our stay is comfortable. Didn’t have any issues with the other guests in the area. I highly recommend this property.」
