「Beach view was great. Staff-great. Rooms-clean but frig too small. Bathroom-great. Luggage carts- need many more, i saw 2 the whole visit. Property and restaurant-great. Food-great.」

「5 star plus host! Deborah was beyond accommodating, welcoming and responsive, during the busiest weekend of the year in Ponte Vedra- TPC. The Chateau is just as described. Clean, super comfortable bed, awesome shower and towels. Check-in and check-out, coming and going, food delivery, effortless. Thank you so very much, Deborah!!」

「Shower door wouldn’t stay shut and would open by itself.. track not level. 2 restaurants but no menus in rooms.. they should have that. Had an issue with valet where our car was parked outside on the exit ramp for 2 days, they didn’t know where it was at. Blaimed on new staff, but manager took off charges. No one came by to clean our room or ask us if we needed anything for 2 days. Had to get items from front desk. Staff generally nice, great breakfast, and beautiful property… just need to...

「I think of a Ritz Carlton as an over the top experience but I feel the Amelia Island Ritz is underwhelming. With all resort fees, parking cost etc., the nightly room charge was $1400. That is no food or activity charges. We were disappointed their “Salt” restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday so did not get to eat there. Other eating options are fine but not special by any means.」
