"I’ll be honest—at first I was worried because I saw a negative review that almost made me cancel. But I’m really glad I didn’t. The hotel ended up being a great choice. The location is perfect—right in downtown Banff. As soon as you step out the door, you’re only a short walk from shops, restaurants, and everything you need. The price was very reasonable for the area, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great stay and excellent value. I’d definitely come back!"

"I had an amazing view from my room that had the most lovely high ceilings. Everything was quite spacious and clean, including the bathrooms. I definitely took advantage of the hot tubs on the 5th floor. The ease of access to the ski shuttle and downtown restaurants and shopping was perfect. My only critique was the allowance of several small (4 to be exact, over 2 different nights) children into the liunge area that does explicitly state "no minors." I would've stayed for a drink while waiting on the hot tubs the second night, but they were jumping on the couches and shrieking. Considering it was easy for me to leave, I did so. But something they should consider reinforcing. "

"Newly renovated rooms and amazing. Beds are so comfy. Loved the pool, hot tub and eucalyptus steam room! Staff were also very nice and super helpful. Great location as well. Highly recommend. "
