「Great location! Having a washer and dryer was wonderful.」

「Great location, close to restaurants, harbor, CBD without the noise of the city. Comfortable beds, worked out great for 2 couples. Small request: bath wash provided, but no shelf within shower to place bottle..used floor or had to open shower door to pick up & put down bottle. We live led having the sliding doors open to the balcony. But the metal rolling part of the shades made a clanging sound with the wind, which was annoying. These small items doesn’t change my high recommendation for this...

「Great stay. Clean spotless place, lication is fantastic and super secure. Will stay again. 」

「Very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. Apartment is new and is nicely decorated. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is small but works well. Building is central to shops and easy access to motorway. Highly recommend 」

「Rooms were very big and each had a comfy queen size bed. An updated and modern bathroom with a standing shower. Location was great being a 15 minute walk to eden park stadium. You could walk 40 minutes into the downtown area or take a bus from a couple blocks away and could be downtown in 20 minutes. Paula was a great host who had very good communication with us and a lot of great recommendations for what to do near by and restaurants to eat at. She made check in and out very easy. Also were...

「Place was nice but a pain to check in, we got in late so the hassle of trying to find the key was a struggle. “Behind the building” is more “across the street by the park”」

「Lounge furniture was extremely uncomfortable Needing replacement」

「Excellent location and easy to access. Comfortable and clean beds, light and airy rooms and living spaces. Hope to stay again. 」

「Fabulous apartment in an excellent location. Our host was very helpful with all our enquires and a great communicator prior to our arrival. Very comfortable bed and quality linen and the apartment was immaculately clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly rebook when back in town.」

「The location is ideal, great restaurants nearby, and of course the harbour is just a lovely area for a stroll. The parking was easy and extremely convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable - larger than I expected from the "cozy" description.」
