"Nice modern property.5 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, walk in robes and heatpumps.Very light on cooking essentials - one frypan and two cooking pots for 11 family members. No cheese grater. No serving bowls for salads etc.5 side plates.Biggest disappointment:Listing did not match the house we stayed in.The photos show a covered decking with a deck swing, and mention a hot tub.This was not available at the house the host put us in which is very misleading.The host has two properties side...

"We had an amazing four night stay at this stunning and very spacious apartment which is just metres away from the beach. The host was very friendly and obliging and the apartment was spotless and had every amenity we needed. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around).
