「Great location. The property was adequate for our two-night stay, although it would benefit from a more thorough clean. There was also a noticeable odor throughout the accommodation. The driveway is quite steep, so guests with mobility difficulties may wish to take this into consideration.」

「Friendly owner but let managed by agent who dealt with any difficulties by frequent communication. The apartment has excellent laundry facilities for longer stays and overlooks a lovely garden tended by the owner. Comfortable bed with plenty of wardrobe spaces. Lots of hot water and a good shower. A steep drive to the entrance and a large garage. A very convenient position for buses or the beach the other way.」

「We had a great stay! We were in Auckland for a wedding and the location was perfect to connect with other family members. We booked an extra night so that we could come straight from our flight and rest and that worked perfectly. The flat had everything we needed. We communicated with Kat via text mostly and that was good for us. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Auckland. Mission Bay was convenient for food, coffee and dog watching!」

「Nice view and parking maybe difficult to get out because of the busy street but overall nice home 」

「Lovely property, everything we needed was there, very clean and presented beautifully.」

「Ideal location, spotlessly clean.」

「Problems with Front Gate all week - locked us in twice and Wi-Fi stopped working after 5 days. Views are spectacular but needs some additional attention to detail at this price.」

「Exactly what was advertised. Lovey spot for the weekend, quick access to Mission Bay beach.」

「Beautiful clean, new and spacious townhouse. Safe for-street parking in comple. Shopping mall across the road which was very convenient. Will definitely stay again.」
