It was very nice, very clean big rooms and huge jacuzzi tub in large bathroom. Better than average continental breakfast and homemade cookies in the lobby every evening for guest staying at the Inn. Located right in the area of shops and restaurants. Near by scenic walks along the beach. If not the beach, sidewalks all around the town of Kennebunkport and Kennebunk. I highly recommend Kings Port Inn!

The Inn is beautifully decorated. The living room and dining areas were inviting and comfortable with great views of the ocean. The continental breakfast was delicious with many choices including waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, oatmeal and various cereals. They had cold ham, turkey and cheese with breads and bagels. Newly redone rooms in desirable waterfront setting. You can walk to everything from this location. The little check in area that turns to a bar during sunset is lovely. We will stay again.

First time staying in this hotel, it was great. Staff was very friendly and our room was really cool. Had no idea we were getting a room with a separate bedroom, made it feel very homey. Bathroom was great, fancy fixtures and all! The free breakfast was nice too, although tough to find seating, not the hotel's fault there happened to be a wedding there the weekend we booked. Would definitely book this hotel again.
