「Perfect for our 2 night stay. 」

「Positives: location, quiet, great exercise facilities, view, convenient restaurant, pool looked nice but weather didn't cooperate, bed was comfortable, huge shower, hot hot water, Carmen was responsive and we were able to get an early arrivalNegative: older complex that in places is showing it's age, the unit itself very badly needs an update, dark, very used furniture inside and balcony, refrigerators needed defrosting, it's wasn't dirty to the point that we wouldn't stay but definitely could...

「Some deception in a few areas. The claim of an ocean view from the unit was not true. Had to drive to the accessible beach, to far to drive with any chairs and etc. No a kitchenet, small refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave. Hot tub was not open due to it being repaired. Room had a musky smell. 」

「Carmen was very attentive and helpful! We had a little trouble with the door code but she responded quickly and remedied the issue. The place is as described. We only stayed for 2 days but it was exactly what we needed. The garage was an added bonus! I do wish the main door had a curtain or blind for privacy but its on the 2nd level and sunken back so no major concerns. Neighbors are very friendly! We would stay here again! Thank you!」

「We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again! It was a lovely place with great food and fun just a short walk away. We enjoyed the small dock just steps away for fishing and manatee watching. The home was quite lovely and comfortable, with beautiful views of the dock. We hope to stay again in the future!」
