It was well-situated in the city centre, very close to the sea and the historical areas of Antibes. We enjoyed the Christmas area on the streets of the city. Thanks for the hospitality! 「This is the 1st time we booked a condo for our stay. Excellent choice! The apartment is just 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and train. We used the train to go to Monaco, Nice, Eze and a few more places. It was very easy once you understand how it works, i suggest to download the train app. Communication with the owner was excellent. I am definitely coming back.」

「Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The place is small and at the top of a long staircase, but we didn't mind either of these things at all. It was clean and updated, with a cozy bed and pillows, soft towels, a modern bathroom, and a cute kitchen space. You can see the mountains out one window, and it's very quiet even though it's in the middle of the neighborhood with restaurants literally outside the front door and the marina and museums all nearby. It was very easy to communicate with...

「We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment had everything we needed. As we traveled without a car, the apartment is 2 min footwalk away from the train station and 10 minutes from the beaches, which was very convienent for us. All I can say, we want to come back!」

「We enjoyed our 3 weeks holiday in Juan Les Pins very much. We had a well situated appartment. In the evening one can walk to the city and restaurants in some minutes. The beach can be reached by foot too or you can drive easily to other beaches by car. We had a very warm welcome by our host Denise, who showed us round and explained all neccessary things. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer abgegrenzten und mit vielen Sicherheitsmerkmalen ausgestatteten, gepflegten Wohnanlage. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, eine Toilette, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, zwei ausreichend große Schlafzimmer mit 140er Betten, zudem ein Sofa und TV im Wohnzimmer stehen zur Verfügung. Vom großen Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf...

「This is the place. The location is absolutely fantastic. Close to the train station (we took the train to Nice and Menton) ... and the bus stop is convenient as well. The beach is a short walk, the grocery store around the corner, playground a short walk. The apartment is on the ground floor, so no stairs. Photos are accurate. Rafika was very attentive and accomodating. We will return.」

「J'ai bien apprécié cette location très adaptée pour les vacances. Le logement est spacieux, les lits sont confortables et la vue impressionnante. On peut se rendre à pied à la plage en passant par le jardin de la résidence et la piscine chauffée était un vrai plus pour la saison.」

「Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt. Mit Parkplatz (super, weil Parkplätze in der Gegend rar sind). Schöner Blick in den hübschen Garten, auf den Pool. Super TV (Netflix), 2 Klimaanlagen, Küche top ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle usw.). Allerdings keine Geschirrhandtücher, kein Salz, kein Essig/Öl usw. - Kleinigkeiten, die einem ein bisschen das Gefühl geben würden, willkommen zu sein. Das Apartment ist für 2 Personen ok. Sehr hellhörig...

「駅に近く、移動にとても便利でした。アンティーブのバスターミナルが駅の山側に新しく出来ていたので、ホテルまで５分ほどでいけました。キッチンが付いて、眺めの良いベランダ付きの部屋でこの価格はお勧めです。ただ早期に予約しないと割安の部屋は確保できないようです。」
