「Really appreciated the fact that the pool was nicely heated when we came in May. The kids spent their time in the pool. Kitchen is a bit old but we didn’t spent too much time there.」

「We had an excellent holiday at Villa Maracudja. The accommodation is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. We made good use of the large swimming pool which was very well maintained. The house is very well situated just a couple of miles outside Menton, ideal for visiting this beautiful region. Hafid and Kristell were charming hosts and made us feel very welcome.」

「Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Sainte Maxime und haben die Tage in diesem Idyll sehr genossen! Der Ausblick aufs Meer und die umliegenden Hügel ist traumhaft. Es war wahnsinnig ruhig und sehr erholsam. In der Ferienwohnung hat es uns, als fünfköpfige Familie, an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles picobello sauber. Wir können dieses Haus besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!」

「Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison à 3 adultes et un enfant. Tout y est agréable, le cadre , l’agencement de la maison, le nombre de SDB et toilettes. Le propriétaire est au petit soin pour que vous ne manquiez de rien. Vous y êtes idéalement situé.」

「A bit difficult to find and the approach is quite winding and steep. Communication with the landlady was great. Apartment very clean. For families who live cheaply and well and especially on trips to Nice, Cannes and Monaco as we are the ideal accommodation!」

The community where the cozy village house is located is friendly and very accommodating! The finest restaurants are located at the top of the street with stunning views of the countryside. 「Wir haben en Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sauber und klimatisiert. Bei einem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt gibt es nach einer Woche frische Handtücher. Großartig war der Poolbereich, den man immer für sich alleine hatte. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich und immer für einen Tipp offen.」

「Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir Urlaub in dieser schönen Villa gemacht. Der Empfang war wieder sehr nett (mit einem Apfelkuchen), das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und es gibt fußläufig mehrere Möglichkeiten für einen Hundespaziergang. Danke an Alix und ihre Eltern, die stets ansprechbar waren. Wir kommen sicher wieder!」

「Wonderful pool and bbq. Friendly host who did all he could to make our stay enjoyable. Close to tram terminal for transport to Central Nice , beaches etc. Quiet out of town location with stunning views. Excellent boulangerie and bar within 5 mins walk Thoroughly recommend」

「Nous avions sejourner dans cette villa il y a 2 ans et nous avions tellement apprécié que nous avons sans hésiter decider de réitérer l experience. Nous avons passés une semaine parfaite dans ce joli petit coin de paradis. La villa est juste parfaite.....je recommande 1000 fois. Un petit clin d oeil a Sandrine pour son accueil si genereux.」

「Certaines installation de lumières extérieures ne fonctionnent pas, particulièrement à l'entrée ce qui rend l'arrivé dans la maison de nuit difficile voire dangereuse」

「Fijne vakantie gehad. Waren kleine problemen met het huis die snel en naar behoren opgelost werden door de vrouw die het huis behartigd. Deze vrouw « Jenna » reageert meestal direct en is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Huis heeft goede bedden en is van alle gemakken voorzien, vaatwasser, koelvriescombinatie, wasmachine, koffie nespresso etc. Het is ca 1 km naar het strand. Weg naar het huis is laatste stukje ca 100m wel steil ca 15%. Voor ons geen probleem maar als je minder mobiel bent...

「La maison est charmante, et comme toute maison ancienne, le charme nest pas toujours pratique. La circulation entre les pieces necessite de passer par les chambres, ce qui peut etre derangeant. La chambre du bas est exiguë et humide...nous etions en novembre...c'est une maison qui est doit etre parfaite pour l'été, avec un jardin et une vue magnifique. Le village est vraiment tres beau.」

「I recommend this apartment hotel. It is located in a convienient place to eat out and walk to Massena platz . Reception is kind and helpful. 」

「Good location for the beach, restaurant and supermarket. But there was small preparation of the toilet paper and tissue for four nights for four persons. Reception is not available for so that we need to wait until the cleaner come. 」
