"We have stayed at this property 3 times now for the Cannes Lions advertising festival. Monica was extremely helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better base whilst staying in Cannes. " The building was not secured, with a digicode and intercom out of service for my entire stay (2 weeks) so was the doorbell to the apartment. The concierge was on sick leave, no replacement. The apartment is barely clean : shelves not dusted, dishes not properly washed… There are only few lights working. The bedroom is very small, no place for a bedside table and reading lamp, no cupboard. In the living room/dining room, one single big cupboard for your clothes and belongings but it is already...

The apartment had some issues: only AC was a loud portable unit in the bedroom, the bed setup wasn’t very comfortable, no sheet provided, the extra comforter was dirty, there were no dinner dishes, and we noticed a leak in the bathroom ceiling. "We stayed for six nights. The apartment was very clean and worked well for our family of four. It was a nice short walk to the local grocery store and a pleasant walk to the beach (maybe 20 minutes walking). Our kids enjoyed the provided board games and the pool, and communication was good (we used text to communicate since we don't speak French).One thing to note as you plan your stay - the pool is open 9-7 during the week, so you won't have access to the pool or the lovely patio on the weekend...
