"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "There are parking options nearby even free, but we paid 23€ for a week and parked street next to hotel. Rooms are small but not bad. There is a mosquito problem in the nights so you can not open windows ever. There is an accordion guy playing across the street from 8am to 11am every morning, actually he plays fine as well but plays 1 song for 30 minutes, que sera seraaa imagine that. Long story short still I think it is the best hotel in golfe juan. "

"Overall a lovely holiday, the villas itself is large and with a large garden area.The pool area and garden could do with some tlc, but the pool was kept clean. The crickets during the day are very loud and noisy when outside however i understand they cannot get rid of these.The location of the villa was superb very close in the car to get to the coast, we visited anitbes, cannes, monaco. I would recommend this villa for the location. The sea view was also an added bonus. "
