"The owner met us at the property and explained how everything worked. There is a nice bakery within a 5 minute walk, plenty of other restaurants. The train station was about a 15 minute walk. The owner came to the property when we were leaving to see us off. If we visit Nice again, we will try to book this place."

"We know wonderful Haut de Cagnes well and, as an older person with a husband who cannot walk too far, Ip had a few important criteria for our stay. The house had to have a balcony with a view of the Med, not too many stairs, a walk in shower and, most importantly, had to be close to a navette stop for getting up and down the hill. It fulfilled all those conditions and as a bonus the manager of the property, the lovely Anna, was so helpful and even went as far as driving us to Antibes train station at the end of our stay."
