「La habitación espectacular, las camas bastante cómodas y las instalaciones muy modernas. Pudimos darnos un baño en la piscina y todo!. El acceso súper fácil con el código que te envían ellos el dia anterior a tu llegada junto con sus indicaciones de cómo hacerlo. El trato con la persona de la habitación estupendo. Llegamos a la 1 de la mañana y no teníamos el parking que habíamos reservado disponible porque otro coche se había aparcado sin permiso. Les contacté por watshap y me lo solucionaron...

「We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. The property never responded, and despite our detailed complaint, Hotels.com...

「L'appartement est spacieux, agreable et confortable. Une place de parking est attribuée. La personne à l'arrivée et au départ est très sympathique et efficace. Mais, l'appartement en rez de jardin est très mal insonorisé. Réveillés à 5 heures du matin par des pas, des voix, des bruits d'eau...D'autre part, les taxes de séjour ne sont pas comprises dans le prix de la réservation alors que ce n'est pas mentionné sur le site.」
