「Charming, precious, picturesque attic apartment in downtown Nice. Clean and thoroughly renovated, we very much enjoyed our short stay here. Apartment is equipped with everything you need - full-size kitchen appliances, dining room, and lovely bedroom with colorful accents. The skylights and dormer views of the square were extra special. We lived our stay here. 」

「Really lovely property with a great location, would recommend for anyone travelling in and around Nice. Very clean and lots of amenities included. Only feedback would be around the check in/check out process (which wasn’t an issue for us in particular). The host allowed us to check in earlier which was greatly appreciated, however upon check out, you have to decide a time as they need to pick up the keys, which then wouldn’t allow flexibility should you wish. 「Thank you ,Malin,for taking care of us. This is an amazing apartment.Everthing is ready to live. I was able to experience a daily life in NICE. The train station is close. The tram station in close. Intermarche is in front of the apartment. There are two bakeries just around the corner. We can walk to Massena area in 12 to 15 minutes on foot. One more important thing is that there is a bath tub in the room so we take a bath .We are from Japan. I recommend you this apartment.」

「This property was double booked but I was only informed 2 hours prior to check in, leaving me scrambling to find accommodation for my children and I, which we didn’t find, fun night, and I cannot get a refund and host will not reply to my messages. I can understand double booking maybe not being the hosts fault, but the lack of communication and having to pay for some place I didn’t stay is why I am giving this review」
