「Het was een accommodatie met alles wat je nodig hebt. Kleine keuken en badkamer met een ruime slaapkamer en een hele grote tuin met een groot zwembad. Bij het zwembad waren ligbedjes met kussens aanwezig en wat plekjes om te zitten. Was ideaal! Alles was dichtbij, het strand was nog geen 5 min lopen, dit geld ook voor het openbaar vervoer en de winkel. De bussen reden best vaak en helemaal langs de promenade waardoor je overal makkelijk kon komen. Kort om een super fijn verblijf gehad!」

「We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it.」

「Great location by the Promenade but a bit away from the very touristy old town areas, though still within walking distance. Place was clean, bedrooms were spacious. The bathroom is a bit small, but that's expected in Europe. Having the washing machine was very convenient, although they don't provide detergent. The only negative aspect is not having a place to leave luggage on the last day, so if you don't have a car, but still want to walk around before leaving, find luggage nanny service.」

「Loved being just steps away from the beach with fantastic views. Delicious bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. While it is self check-in, they should disclose the key is not at the property location, which is important to know if you are not renting a car. The host did allow us to leave the key at the property when we departed which was much appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!」

「Good location for the beach, restaurant and supermarket. But there was small preparation of the toilet paper and tissue for four nights for four persons. Reception is not available for so that we need to wait until the cleaner come. 」
