"This place really needs to be updated. The hotel is very old and weathered. For the price, I feel like it would benefit by being updated. We left really early in the morning fore check out and we couldn't figure out how to get out of the hotel. We were looking around and the front staff was sleeping in another part of the lobby in the dark room so we didn't see him. Then he said, well you should have called out for me. But we were talking at normal volume and he was not too far but didn't hear us. So he blamed him sleeping on us not looking harder for him or yelling out to him. That was not a good experience. Overall, would not stay again."

"What a wonderful gem of a hotel! 5 star experience at 4 star hotel from staff to accommodations, we would happily revisit. The front desk was friendly and super helpful with great recommendations. A delight interacting with them all especially Loan - so upbeat and knowledgeable. "

"Had a room on the 1st floor. Housekeeping was not up to standard. The headstand of the bed was covered in 4mm of dust. Probably hadn’t been cleaned in weeks."

"Our first try at "aparthotel" and we really liked it being spacious with a bedroom and balcony, equipped with a kitchen, and so conveniently located just around the corner of Place Massena. So many top attractions nearby and so many restaurant options around the area! Staff was wonderful too with early check-in and helping resolve the safe issue...etc. Just note that the office is open only from 8am to 8pm! Will definitely book again when we re-visit Nice!"
