It is 67m2 + 23m2 terrace, 2 bedrooms with double/2 beds and a sleeping sofa in the living room. High standard for the apartment and interior. The location is at Juan Flore resort - between the centre of Juan les Pins and Golf Juan at the French Riviera - 20.minutes from Nice. The resort has approx. 450 apartments with swimming pool in the middle and private garage.
    In addition to first class beach and nice swimming water, you will find nice restaurants and bars just 10 min walking to Juan les Pins. There is water skiing, sail boat rental, etc. The distance from Antibes, Cannes and Nice is short. You will also find the small charming villages Mougins, St.Paul and Eze nearby.
