"Excellent location. Bus and train station over the road. Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Less than a ten minute walk into Antibes. Great parking. Didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment. Would definitely recommend. So easy to get the train into Cannes, Nice and Monaco. "

"we had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. Very pretty traditional French property that is very well maintained and immaculate. Onsite parking and positioned in a very quiet tucked away street. Just a few minutes walk from wonderful beach club, seafront and public beach area and approx ten minutes slow walk to old town. Valarie and Xavier were the perfects hosts and owners of the hotel and we felt like we had known them for years. Breakfast was delicious continental with high grade fresh produce and bakery. The room we had was immaculate and bed and pillows extremely comfortable so a great night sleep was had; we also had a little outdoor seating area to relax in. I feel that 2* does not reflect how wonderful this little gem of a hotel deserves and its everything you could want from a trip to Antibes; personal service and great interaction with Valarie and Xavier that really made our trip memorable and one to treasure. We shall definitely be returning in the future and we cannot recommend this pretty quaint hotel highly enough. ps thank you to Valarie for helping me with some of my French pronunciation that I'm still laughing about :-)"

The owners were incredibly responsive and communicative, making the entire experience seamless. The home was spotless, thoughtfully stocked with every amenity we could possibly need, and perfectly located. The electric shutters and air conditioning ensured restful sleep every night. We also appreciated the helpful local suggestions from the owners. You simply can't go wrong with this property—highly recommended!"
