This is one of the closest hotel next to the train station. Good for if you have trips around south of France and Nice is your base. The toilet is very new. My assigned room has a red interior, I’m neutral to this style. Overall the hotel is clean and quite new. Air con is very good!!

Travelled with my two older sons. We absolutely loved this hotel!!! It was very chic, decorated beautifully. The hotel thought of everything even loaner beach umbrellas. The walk to the beach is doable. Our room was a junior suite which was huge with two little balconies and two very comfortable beds. The bathroom was very modern and the AC worked very well. The staff was A+ very friendly and welcoming. We all loved this hotel. Would stay here again.

Fabulous location. Lovely friendly , helpful staff. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags and enjoy the facilities whilst awaiting check in . Lovely cool free flavoured water in reception bd coffee free of charge . Decent breakfast. Only negative was that room 102 was right above several air con units so noisy when French door open . Fridge in room . Walking distance two mins to train station and shops and bars 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great Hotel! We stayed there for one night after our train ride from Paris to Nice Ville. Super walkable from the Nice Ville train station and a very lovely staff. Definitely would recommend, our bathroom was a little small but totally doable for one night.

Comfortable and convenient stay

Had a very enjoyable 4-night stay. I found the staff very friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was really great and I found the location really good - short walk to old town and promenade that allowed you explore other parts of nice on the way.
