"We had a fantastic stay! Every detail was well-thought-out, including the hand warmers, face products, toothbrush, combs, hair clips, bathing cloths, slippers, and pyjamas. The hotel is incredibly child-friendly, providing sponges, children slippers, and step stools for the little ones. Perfect location for USJ visitors—we’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to all our friends!"

"The room was very clean and everything was new looking. The staff I never met because it was an unmanned facility. The emails explaining the STRICT restrictions were excessive. I did not dare turn on any of the AC or anything that required power because of the STRICT rules they emailed so many times. There is a free laundry that you use at your own risk. You can hear everything in the hallway and if someone walks with heavy feet, you’ll be able to hear it clearly in your room. The elevator was super tiny. The room was a good size for what Japan rooms are usually. Furniture was more of IKEA furniture. Just beware of all the fines and restrictions that are in place at this facility. Like do not talk or be loud after 9:00PM. My last night was dreadful there because another room checked in and they were in the street yelling and laughing and walking through the hallways loudly talking. So much for the STRICT restrictions that I worried about so much. Everything is far from this hotel. The only thing nearby is Universal Studios. Everything else is at least 30 minutes away or a $30 taxi/Uber ride to and from. The transit system is very overwhelming unless you know how to use it very well. I got lost too many times and the line dropped me off with a 22 minute walk back to the hotel which would be ok if I had not been out shopping for 12 hours and carrying four bags full of merchandise. "

"My husband and I were very excited to use the spa, only to find out when we got there that you can’t use it if you have tattoos, of which both my husband and I have. Very disappointed. Since it’s a tourist hotel, we thought the rules would be different than the rest of Japan. Breakfast was a gong show. No clear lines, so it was pure chaos, and we had no idea where to start. And the food was hardly ever replenished (which was mind blowing considering how busy it was in there) and undercooked. We only went to it 2/5 days we were there because it was so stressful. I think this place would benefit if they made the restaurant go all day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room got far too warm because the temperature wouldn’t go below 22 degrees celsius. It would’ve been nice if it went down lower. The fridge in the room was not cold. Not warm, but certainly not a temperature a fridge should be. The hotel could use a water filtration system rather than water bottles. Room was much smaller than expected, and it felt more like a cruise ship space, not a hotel room. Pleasant staff. Wouldn’t go back. Sorry!"

"Staff were very welcoming but the hotel is very basic. Pictures look like there is a shared spa but this is only for private rooms so is a bit misleading. Great location to get to the park but it’s ever basic. "
