"Excellent stay for a first time visit to Japan and Osaka. The front desk staff were very helpful to answer questions. Rest of the staff were very helpful and nice as well. The night team and especially a guy whose name began with an N (maybe Niromi, he was the chief that night, helped me with guiding me where I could get meds for my wife after a sprained ankle in USJ, and setting up luggage forwarding to Tokyo."

"We had a fantastic stay at Minn Juso in Osaka. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring the city. The location was great, convenient for transport links and close to local shops and restaurants, which made everything really easy. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay at Minn Juso again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka."
