"We were attending a garden party at the palace so great location. Staff were accommodating allowing us a late check out and were able to store luggage. Facilities on ground floor meant we could freshen up once we had left our room and were heading back to train station. Staff were friendly and helpful Would stay again "

"Was truly amazed at the quality of the hotel at this price. The room was small as described but had everything I needed and was very nicely decorated. It even had White Company toiletries! Staff were friendly and it’s very convenient for Victoria station. Great value for money!"

"Horrible hotel. No top sheet just duvet. Whole room apx. 150 square feet. Had to sit on bed to do anything. Has 2 doors to get in room which is incredibly difficult to do. Bathroom shower is apx 24 in. by 24 in. Can't turn around because of placement of shower wand. Rain head is stupid because you can't turn it on without getting hit with cold water. No hooks to hang things just 3 hangers in a closet between the two entry doors. No washcloths. Amazed they didn't have any. Amazed they didn't know what they were! Room was too warm. The whole place was just a bad experience."
