Location was fantastic. Very hard to figure out how to access the flat and we were given the wrong code at first. Customer service team on phone was good though! Flat is just okay compared to others (stayed in many places in London.) Stains on carpet and curtains. Loose fixtures, etc. Basically, it appears no one maintains the flat....just do it all electronically other than cleaners who come. But no one is there to really keep the place up. The outdoor patio was in terrible shape. Would never consider using it. Beds are definitely very firm and pillows were uncomfortable. Slept on sofa instead. Worked fine for one night for three of us as we were in transit from Scotland to the USA, but I would NEVER book this place if you were looking forward to a London vacation as a couple or family.

Not luxury, no toilet rolls

The good: Location was very central Apartment was spacious The not so good: They don’t provide any consumables so plan to buy your own toilet rolls. The apartment is old and tired, not luxury at all. Bad vinyl flooring coming up, shower head sprays everywhere (someone just descale it please). Double bed felt like two singles pushed together, you get the picture. Overpriced for the state of the place. Maid banging repetitively on the door early in the am for the ONCE WEEKLY cleaning and then when I told her to come back later, she didn’t come back. I guess I should have fitted into her schedule better.

The spaciousness and location of the apartment truly is incredible! However, for the high price point, I expected more - the sofa and several curtains were visibly stained/soiled, one of the mattresses was so lumpy and uncomfortable that the user of that bedroom had quite a few poor nights sleep, and one of the shower drains was stopped up. Furthermore, there were pieces about the stay which were not well communicated- for example, you must pay for additional sets of towels. Also, it was quite confusing how to find the apartment and check-in, and there was not anyone at the counter to help. Additionally, in spite of the company wanting me to pay for additional towels, they scheduled a morning pest control appointment during my stay without my input. Overall, you are paying for the spaciousness and convenience of the location. Not necessarily a great stay.

Decent location but make sure that you check the details for gaining entry. WiFi was quite poor but the rooms were spacious and clean - although there clearly had been someone smoking weed in our room!

Great location, not a great property!

1) were greeted by a condescending front desk person. We were not expecting the apartment to be in the basement. 2) One hair dryer for three bedrooms 3) There was very little toiletry and insufficient soap bars and shampoos.4) The refrigerator was a freezer as everything we put in froze.5). the carpets had large stains. This was the first and the last time at this property..

Avoid this place by all means. Expedia should take this property off its listing service immediately. This property is unsafe and Expedia should look to offer its customers safe and reliable accommodations that are livable. This property was unlivable, with random sprinklers going off and spoiling our items, and unsafe with a faulty fire alarm. The faulty fire alarm went off for 1.5 hours with no fire in the apartment. The sprinklers went off ruining all of our items in the main living room. We have sent Expedia the video of the fire alarm going off, with the maintenance man unable to remediate the situation quickly. They had to cut the main power line - we were without power for 1-2 hours. This is a terrible property.

Not many hours hrs prior we were notified we were moved to a different property at a different location. The selected hotel had been chosen specifically for location and that it had 4 individual beds. The location of new place was less desirable. Farther from are of interest. Lift broken. Had to drag luggage up five flights of stairs. No staff. No service one bed less than we had booked. Many calls finally got one spare roll of toilet paper two days later and a spare fold out - not comparable to the bed paid for a day late. No spare linen or assistance. Was not a hotel but long stay apartment and staff were of minimal assistance. I would like full refund and less inclined to book with Expedia.
