"The staff were lovely and welcoming. The check- and checkout was flawless. When checking in, the lady on the front desk said she had upgraded our room which was a lovely pleasant surprise! (Lucky us!) The room was immaculate and all the little extras in the room were lovely. A wonderful stay and when we come to London again, we will be hoping to return. Thank you for a lovely stay! "

The entire front desk staff went out of their way to make sure we were cared for and welcomed- every day.
