Walking distance to so many things. Nice location far enough away from a main street but 2 blocks from Tube station. Balcony with table was nice for people watching.

I really enjoyed my room and having a small kitchenette. The room was on the ground floor and at the back, but was actually above ground level, and was walled off - I had no concerns about safety. Very clean and quiet. Really great location near the Earl's Court Tube Station, with lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I felt safe walking in the area. Even though it was October, I did use the air conditioning at night as I found it a bit warm - it was very easy and worked beautifully. Really enjoyed my stay.

This was absolutely the best place to stay for what I was needing as a solo traveler. I arrived a bit earlier than check in time and because my room was ready, they allowed me to go ahead and check in. The room was clean and spacious and offered all the amenities I could have needed. The washing machine and drying rack allowed me to clean my clothes, which was a huge comfort to have. The location was also in a nice quiet part of town but close enough that I could easily walk to the tube station and a nice selection of restaurants. I will absolutely stay here again when I return in the future.

I have been a guest there over the last ten years. The employees provide excellent service. Due to some mix up or misunderstanding, I was given a room in the basement. It was OK but struggle with stairs at times. There was an issue with a double booking but the reception/check in helped me resolve it. I will be back again soon.

Great location 2min walk from the station. The rooms are showing its age, but everything functioned well. Overall, good value for money with the daily change of towels + kitchen + good shower strength. Staffs were helpful carrying our luggage. The fridge could do with repairing as not so chilled.

The facilities are good and plenty of shops pub restaurant's near by. The accommodation was okay not the best. Most of the staff were fine, just a bit of hassle checking in !! I don't think I would stay again as it was quite expensive.
