"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed—including a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and even a washer. The location couldn’t have been better—right on Kensington High Street with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and just steps away from the underground for easy access to the rest of the city. Saed, who helped with check-in, was very pleasant and accommodating. While we weren’t able to check in...

"Great location and decent room, although small but you get what you paid for! Only issue I had was a movement sensor light in the kitchenette that seemed to turn on at any movement, situated right near the bed. As someone who tosses a lot when they sleep, it was a bit annoying to have it turn on several times lol But still enjoyed my stay and will stay at Bob W again soon!"

They never provided check in instructions and after multiple messages they finally replied that they "unfortunately have to cancel this reservation due to a maintenance issue" and they haven't been in touch since. "I had a good stay at this hotel. Bed was very comfortable and had a warm welcome at reception. The toilet and shower are shared but no queue in the morning. Clean room with little noise. Shop around the corner and near transport. Good choice for those looking to stay in central London on a budget."
