「The staff was very nice and polite. Two out of four elevators were out of service throughout our stay, but it did not bother us much. The room was spacious and cozy, with a small kitchen, a washing machine, and two toilets. A Sainsbury's is located very close to the hotel, super handy to buy breakfast and other necessities. The room did not have a phone; the only way to contact the front desk was through WhatsApp, and as a foreign traveller, I could not install and sign up for the app there. So...

「Had a lovely stay! The staff is very kind and attentive, the rooms are well appointed and decently sized, and you can’t beat the location just steps away from Pavillion Road. But the real reason you should book this hotel is the access to the private park just off the dining room. A truly special place to sit and relax. A real hidden gem in London. 」

「It’s a beautiful old apartment with high ceiling. It is close to all the attractions. We walked to everywhere. It s close to Hyde Park Kensington and Buckingham palaces. The place is super comfortable. I would love to come back again. 」

「Very good appartement. Good location. Nice safe area.Place was nice and clean. The only thing that i missed was a teatowel to dry dishes with. Communication with owner was also good. We had a pleasant stay.」
