サンタ バーバラの四つ星ホテル

「When I visit Santa Barbara, I always choose this hotel. It's a clean, cozy, and convenient hotel. The staff are also kind and friendly.」

「Disappointed overall. While the location is amazing, staff were less than helpful. House Cleaning had showed up at 8 AM to clean the room and we asked them to come back later. We actually walked down as we are leaving at 10 AM to tell them that we were leaving and would like for the room to be refreshed. No one showed up. The front office was confronted at the end of the day when we got back to the hotel and they tried to make an excuse about not cleaning the room. Disappointed overall that this...

「We had wonderful stay .beautiful hotel.I was celebrating my birthday. We will definitely come back again 💫」

「Beautiful property with easy check in and clean updated rooms. Good amenities in the room, very comfortable bed, and great location. Price was a bit high but the room and property did feel luxurious, and it was central to everything we wanted to do in Santa Barbara. Would stay again!」

「スタッフの対応が丁寧であり、レストランの食事が素晴らしかったです。」

「Parking and accessibility to parking here is very tight. The only pictures provided show lovely garage parking, but they have been very careful to show NO cars in the parking bays. The parking is tight and very limited. We arrived with a single spot available and nothing else is anywhere close, so be forewarned. Also, the driveway is for both in and out traffic but is a very narrow opening to a busy street so easy to miss if arriving at night and very difficult if meeting another car coming...

「客室が準備されるまで時間がかかりましたが、ロケーションもよく、良い滞在でした。」

「Everything about this place was amazing. Clean, close to DT, just wonderful. Just how I like it! Will be back!」

「The beds were too soft and made a lot of noise when you moved around. This made sleeping hard. Our room key stopped working after the office was closed, but we were able to reach someone that gave us instructions to resolve the issue. The following night the same thing happened to a family member that was also staying here, however, they were not able to reach anyone when they called. The same instructions I was given the night before did not work for them because the spare key also was not...

「Great apartment and location. We’ll definitely stay there again.」
