「Would stay here again. 」

「The property was OK, but definitely not worth the money. Upon arriving, we had issues with an alarm going off every time a door was open. There was also chirping noises from smoke detectors needing to go off. The worst thing was that the owner felt that it was OK to give the code to a random person to tour the property while we were renting it. My children were by themselves at the time while I was at the store and it was very unsafe. The golf cart had issues where the gas gage said it was full...

「Perfect from start to finish. It was clean, and well stocked with any amenity you could ask for. Absolutely thrilled with it. We have stayed at other bungalows in there and this was hands down the best. 」

「Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. 」

「Excellent convo by the beach! Beautiful views from the moment you walk thru the door! Clean space, comfy beds, variety of seating ops. Kitchen is well appointed. Nice to have washer & dryer. Communication system w property mgmt is excellent. Only real issue was spotty cell service, but that’s the case all over the area & not at all fault of property mgr/owner, but noting for potential remote workers as may be challenging. Again, this is not something that can be “fixed”, but may impact working...
