「The room was very clean, the pool was really clean, sparkling! The beach access was perfect, one of the security staff made my day everytime we went out and came in, I forgot his name but he was telling everyone to have a blessed day. He was awesome! The breakfast we only had one day 」

「シェラトンに泊まるという認識で予約を入れたのですが、ホテル名が変わっていました。 タクシーの運転手に、オールドサンファンにシェラトンは無いと言われ、住所を説明して行ってもらったのですが、その遣り取りで少し難儀しました。 ホテルはジュニアスイートルームに泊まり、ソファ付きのリビングは広くて立派だったのですが、宿泊料（1泊5万円強）に見合う施設だったかというと、少し疑問です。 レターデスクが狭く、2部屋あるのでエアコンの調整が難しかったのも不便を感じました。 またシャワーの湯温の調整も難しく、熱すぎるお湯を被ってしまいました。 しかし観光施設としての立地は最高で、オールドサンファンを堪能するホテルとしては申し分ないと思います。 もう少し安ければという、前提条件付きですが。」

「The staff were outstanding」

「The hotel was great. Room was clean, staff was friendly & helpful, the pools were nice and the casino was the best one we went to. We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants or get drinks from the bar. The drinks were expensive. Lots of places nearby to walk to for food & drinks. Eat at Tayzan and get a pina colada from the little place on the corner. The area is very metro so if you’re looking for relaxed island vibes, this is not it. The beach is amazing & steps from the hotel but it’s not a good...

「Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.」
