「Clean and the process of checking in and out were very simple. It is recommended but unfortunately two thirds of the laundry machines were out of orders and could use only one and was very busy while we stayed.」

「Enough space room, not big but nice pool and nice pool bar, I was satisfied everything in case of this price. Location was also good, very close to the beach area and a lot of restaurant. I recommended to visit local restaurants along beach side. For the young couple, it’s better to stay at las Americas area to enjoy night life, but for the family, here is good. Definitely I would like to use this hotel again.」

「For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. The hotel is really relaxed about bringing your own drink etc to the pool. The pool bar is superb and very reasonable cost wise. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re on a budget, very clean and the water in the swimming pool is immensely clean and warm in the bottom pool! 「The apartment had a nice Seaview, was clean and has everything you need. The complex was nice, clean and friendly staff. There was a lot of drilling one day due to apartment renovation, but not too much of an issue. Didnt use the pool, but seen lots of people out early to put towels on loungers. Overall good value for money and would stay again. 」

「Situated at the edge of the resort in a quiet area only a short walk from the sea. There is a strip of small bars and a supermarket in front of the hotel which was very convenient. Our one bedroom apartment was large and comfortable and had everything we needed. A full kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and the balcony overlooking the pool was nice for relaxing in the morning. The pool area was good but lacked any shaded area and was very peaceful and relaxing. No loud music or games....

「Good value for money. My only complaint was the amount of cockroaches in the room. Had one crawl over my face and wake me up in the night. If your squeamish this hotel isn't for you 」

「The personal was very friendly and helpful, the Hito Restaurant was wonderful. The breakfast could be better, the fried eggs looks like they had an accident and very greasy. The way they fried the ham were made without love. 」
